8:45 am - 9:15 am: Check-in
9:15 am - 10:15 am: Ice 1
10:30 am - 11:30 am: Dryland training
11:30 am - 12:15 pm: Lunch
12:30 pm - 1:15 pm: Off Ice Activity
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Ice 2
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Check-out
