9:30 am - 10:15 am: Check-in
10:30 am - 11:30 am: Ice 1
11:45 am - 12:45 pm: Dryland training
12:45 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch
1:30 pm - 2:15 pm: Ice 2
2:45 pm - 3:45 pm: Off-ice skills training
3:45 pm - 4:15 pm: Check-out
