9:30 am - 10:00 am: Check-in
10:15 am - 11:15 am: Ice 1
11:45 am - 12:45 pm: Dryland training
12:45 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Ice 2
3:15 pm - 4:15 pm: Off-ice skills training
4:15 pm - 4:45 pm: Check-out
