Inside each age group the players are separated by skill level in order to create a competitive atmosphere at camp. Thanksgiving camp will follow the USA Hockey’s American Development Model (ADM) to maximize ice time and talent development.
Camp is not just designed for players; goalies will have world class training ran by Lightning alumni and Stanley Cup Champion Mathieu Garon. Mathieu will work with goalies on various skills such as positioning and goalie techniques throughout the camp.
Registration for camp includes the following:
- 2 on-ice sessions and 2 off-ice sessions per day
- Lunch provided daily
- Thanksgiving themed jersey
- And plenty of other apparel and goodies!!!
Daily Schedule
8:30 am - 9:00 am: Check-in
9:00 am - 10:00 am: Ice 1
10:30 am - 11:30 am: Dryland training
11:30 am - 12:15 pm: Lunch
12:45 pm - 1:45 pm: Ice 2
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Off-ice skills training
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Check-out
FULL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND CAMP INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
