9:30 am - 10:15 am: Check-in
10:15 am - 11:15 am: Ice 1
11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Dryland training
12:30 pm - 1:15 pm: Lunch
1:45 pm - 2:45 pm: Ice 2
2:45 pm: Check-out
