Join our Tampa Bay Lightning Staff for a Try Hockey for Free Clinic! The Clinic will take place at The Ice Factory of Central Florida, on Saturday, March 7th, 2025!

No experience? No equipment? No problem! This clinic is open to ages 4-10 and for all skating abilities. Everyone will be able to experience the great sport of hockey! We will provide you with a helmet, elbow pads, gloves and a stick. Feel free to also bring your own helmet/bike helmet if you have one. Please dress your child/yourself in warm clothing and closed-toe shoes.

The clinic will consist of getting the participants on the ice and having fun learning how to play hockey!

Session 1:    1:15 - 1:45 pm - 40 participants on the Main Rink

Session 2:    2:30 - 3:30 pm - 15 Participants on the Studio Rink

Session 3:    4:15 - 4:45 pm - 40 Participants on the Main Rink
